Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe (born in America) is an American country and pop performer. After releasing two singles and an album called Satisfied in 2007 she formed an ensemble called Pistol Annies with Angaleena Presley as well as Miranda Lambert and released her second album, titled Like a Rose in 2013. Ashley Monroe works as the Village Manager Assistant in Riverside Illinois. With over 15 years work experience, she's served at various levels of public service, including five years spent in Iowa City's Deputy City Manager position. The position she is in now the Village Manager's Assistant and is responsible for a range of duties which include managing the Community Development and Building Department as well as overseeing grant applications and other special projects. Ashley is responsible for supporting the village's services on a daily basis, and also works with elected representatives of the local area.
